We had an amazing trip to Makwa Sahgaiehcan, Saskatchewan, this past week!

 

We had the honor spending a few days listening, learning, praying, meeting with leaders, and ministering to their young people. During our HOPE gathering, we saw 20 young people give their lives to the Lord and are sensing such an expectancy for the things God wants to do in this community in the months ahead!

 

Over the next 10 years we will be actively partnering with this community to disciple and develop young leaders or "Champions of Hope". They will be meeting both in Youth gatherings every two weeks which will be facilitated by our local team on the ground there and we will also be returning every few months to touch base, encourage and host larger HOPE gatherings throughout the year. Our goal will be to one day send them out into neighboring reserves & communities with this same message of HOPE and equip them to continue making disicples.
